Hybrid bootcamp Logo

The Wisconsin Wolfpack have teamed up to bring Hybrid Bootcamp to the Hartmeyer Arena beginning April 1, 2010, an drunning through June 30, 2010. Hybrid Bootcamp is taught by Wolfpack defensive back Derek Brown.

Hybrid Bootcamp is designed to accomodate individuals of all levels of athletic fitness. The bootcamp is designed to be a fun, challenging, and physically rewarding experience. Participants pick a schedule that consists of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday sessions. Time slots are one hour and length and start at either 5, 6, 7, or 8 a.m. on each of the days.

Hybrid Bootcamp gives participants the opportunity to work with personal trainers in a structured, highly focused environment. Participants will be led by experienced trainers that will take them through the best new styles of training, mixed with traditional old-school military-style training. Participants will be able to realize their body's full potential and give it exactly what it needs.

In addition, Hybrid Bootcamp has partnered with the American Red Cross - Badger Chapter. A portion of all Bootcamp proceeds will go to the Red Cross. All Bootcamp participants will also have the opportunity to donate blood to the Red Cross upon completion of the program on June 30. Participants that donate blood will receive a $50 gift certificate to future Bootcamps.
